Braga, 73 - 59021 Vaiano (PO) is the Data Controller of the personal data supplied by you.

 By processing of personal data is meant their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction or the combination of two or more of these operations.

Such data will be processed by RCS Polimeri srl for the purpose of providing the service requested by you or one or more of the operations requested.

 We also inform you that the treatment will take place, even with the help of automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data, in accordance with the procedures that Art. 11 of the Legislative Decree. June 30, 2003, n. 196 sets to your guarantee, protecting your rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity.

 The personal data you provide may be brought to the attention of those responsible for processing and may be communicated for these purposes to outside contractors and, in general, to all those persons to whom the communication is necessary for the proper performance of the service requested by you. We undertake not to disclose any information relating to individual users for commercial purposes.

 The provision of personal data herein is strictly necessary for the purpose of providing the service requested by you, so any lack of consent will lead to the impossibility of providing the service itself.

 In order to provide you with a complete service, our site contains links to other websites, which may be operated directly by us, or by associations or companies related to us, and even not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content of and compliance with the privacy policy by sites not managed by us to which reference should be made. We also inform you that access to the site allows you to identify the IP address of the user.

Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and to countries outside the European Union as part of the execution of the service requested by you.

 We also inform you that in relation to these treatments, you may exercise the rights under Art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Legislative Decree. 30 June 2003 No 196 (the text of which is reproduced below).

 Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003 of 30 June 2003 - Right of access to personal data and other rights.

I - The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

 II - The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

  1. a) the origin of the personal data;
  2. b) the purposes and methods of processing;
  3. c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
  4. d) the identification data of the owner, the managers and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
  5. e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

 III - The interested party has the right to obtain:

  1. a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
  2. b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  3. c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

 IV - The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

  1. a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

(b) the processing of personal data relating to him/her for the purposes of sending advertising materials or the fulfilment of market analysis or commercial initiatives.
